The Dental Hygienist will provide high-quality oral healthcare and five-star service to patients at the Mendota Springs Dentistry office. Responsibilities include performing clinical dental hygiene procedures and maintaining a patient-focused environment.
Candidates must hold or be in the process of acquiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Wisconsin. While one year of experience is preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Hourly rate starting at $45/hour + commission, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.
Compensation may follow a “whichever is greater” model - you’ll earn either your base hourly pay or a production-based commission, whichever is higher!
Associates meeting performance benchmarks typically earn $50.00 - $75.00/hour and anywhere in between!
