Heart of Willamette Valley Wine Country, 1 hour to Portland - Oregon Coast - Cascades

As part of a thriving medical community, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, helping to promote health and well-being in a close-knit, family-friendly environment.

COMPENSATION • Year one guarantee

  • $270,000
  • Year two production average: $300,000- $330,000
  • Schedule: 4-day workweek, 18 patients per day
  • Incentive package
  • A $50,000 incentive pool covers relocation assistance, loan repayment options, and a negotiable sign-on bonus structured around what matters most to you
  • Sign-on bonus: Negotiable, part of the incentive pool

  • You will step into a fully established outpatient panel with 30 years of patient relationships behind it. No building from scratch, no startup friction. The practice is relationship-centered and independent, with physician autonomy backed by strong administrative support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • MD or DO
  • Board certified in Family Medicine

Administrative & compliance disclosure

  • The following physical requirements are included per standard credentialing and HR documentation.
  • While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
  • The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • The employee must regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Work environment is a combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.

This position performs tasks that may involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues. All employees in this role are offered the opportunity to receive the Hepatitis-B vaccination series.

Requirements

Candidates must have an unrestricted Oregon Physician License or the ability to obtain one, along with a current DEA certificate. Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required.
