Northwest Medical Associates, a Praxis Health clinic, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our warm, close-knit team in Vancouver, Washington. For over 30 years, our neighborhood clinic has provided trusted, compassionate care to families throughout southwest Washington—often across multiple generations. What We Offer

Compensation:

  • 12-month base salary guarantee with practice ramp up: $270,000
  • Salary range of established physicians: $270,000 - $320,000/yr
  • 36 patient hours over a 4 day workweek
  • Signing bonus/ Relocation/ Loan repayment assistance

  • 100% outpatient practice
  • Paid malpractice insurance, licensure, DEA, Tail

Required Qualifications & Abilities

  • Highly-engaged MD/DO physician, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Passionate about whole-person, community-based care
  • Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan
  • Excited to join a mission-driven team with strong values and deep community roots
  • Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
  • Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
  • In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices

  • Respect for patient's confidentiality

General Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.

The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.

  • This position performs tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids and/or tissues. All employees performing these duties are offered the opportunity to receive the Hepatitis-B vaccination series.

Requirements
