The Associate Dentist will perform comprehensive dental procedures including molar root canals and extractions in a high-growth practice environment. The role requires efficient diagnosis and treatment planning while maintaining a consistent 4-day, 44-hour weekly schedule.
Candidates must be clinically proficient in complex dental procedures and comfortable working in a performance-oriented, high-accountability setting. The position requires a commitment to extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to support practice growth.
We are seeking a clinically strong, performance-oriented Associate Dentist to join a de novo practice with an aggressive growth strategy and strong new-patient acquisition. This role is best suited for a dentist who understands the realities of a de novo ramp-up and is motivated by long-term upside rather than short-term guarantees. Compensation & Growth 25% of collections No income cap $800/day guaranteed for the first 3 months during ramp-up Patient volume will build progressively; earnings scale directly with clinical productivity

Schedule Commitment Weekends 11-hour shifts Includes evenings (up to 7pm) and weekends Extended hours are essential to our access-driven model
