ACH Child and Family Services·Fort Worth, Texas
The therapist provides comprehensive therapeutic services, including individual and family counseling, case management, and crisis intervention for clients in a residential setting. They collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment and safety plans while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
We are seeking an independently licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) who wants to do meaningful, structured clinical work with youth in a highly supported residential setting.
This is a role for licensed therapists who are confident in their clinical skills and want to focus on assessment, stabilization, treatment planning, and trauma-informed therapy—without the isolation of private practice or the unpredictability of outpatient-only work. You will play a key role in helping stabilize high-acuity youth and guiding next-step placement and treatment decisions. Please note: At this time, we are unable to accommodate associate-level licenses (LPC Associate, LMFT Associate, or LMSW) for this position.
As a Licensed Therapist, you will work in our Secure Assessment Facility (SAF) 24/7 operational residential program to provide clinical services for youth ages 5-17.
Why ACH? At ACH, clinicians are supported. You’ll work full-time, Monday - Friday during standard office hours as part of a coordinated treatment team focused on stabilization, healing, and permanency for youth. We also offer competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and a collaborative clinical environment where your work is valued.
