The Restorative Nurse develops, implements, and maintains the facility's restorative nursing program while ensuring proper documentation and delivery of care. They collaborate with therapists and nursing staff to monitor progress, educate employees, and participate in care plan conferences.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with a current license from the State Board of Nursing and graduation from an accredited nursing school. CPR certification is recommended, and the role requires proficiency in electronic documentation systems.
