The Certified Pharmacy Technician assists pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, including sterile and hazardous compounds. They are also responsible for maintaining pharmacy inventory and stocking automated dispensing cabinets throughout the hospital.
Candidates must hold a current Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and be registered in the State of Ohio. A high school diploma or GED is required, with one year of pharmacy experience preferred.

• One-year related pharmacy experience and/or training or graduate of certified training program/healthcare Career College.
