The Cytotechnologist is responsible for screening gynecological and non-gynecological slides, documenting results, and maintaining laboratory equipment. They also assist in quality assurance programs, manage inventory, and provide technical reference for medical staff.
Candidates must hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree, including one full year in an accredited School of Cytotechnology. A valid CT (ASCP) registration is required for this position.
