The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following established treatment plans. Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring resident conditions, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing and hold a current license from the PA State Board of Nursing. Proficiency in English is required to ensure effective communication and patient safety.
