The Registered Nurse will manage and administer medications in collaboration with the medical team for individuals with severe mental illness. They are responsible for ensuring that all medical standards and program regulations are strictly followed.
Candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurse in New York State and possess a valid driver's license. A minimum of one year of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting is required, along with successful completion of a criminal record check.
We are seeking a compassionate Full Time Registered Nurse to join our team at our OMH Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic in Wyandanch, NY. In this role, you will provide management and administration of medications, in conjunction with the Psychiatrist, NPP, and/or other medical staff as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team for persons with severe and persistent mental illness. Ensure medical standards as per program regulations are being provided.
