The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients in the Birthing Center across the age spectrum. They are responsible for evaluating the nursing process, documenting findings in the EMR, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Montana or compact license. A minimum of two years of RN experience or completion of an RN Residency Program is required, along with various certifications like BLS, ACLS, and NRP.

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing BSN or ADN, current Montana or compact license per Montana Board of Nursing Regulations. License in good standing without disciplinary action or investigation Certifications: Basic Life Support and ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring all within 6 months of hire, minimum of CLC with IBCLC preferred within in the first year of hire, minimum of two years of RN experience or RN Residency Program Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to coordinate care, assess plans and evaluate needs to assure quality care. Must read and communicate effectively in English. Computer Skills/EMR experience preferred Experience: RN Residency Program or two years of RN experience.
Schedule: PRN, as needed, Night Shift
