The Behavioral Health Technician facilitates therapeutic activity groups and provides direct support to clients within a residential and inpatient eating disorder treatment setting. They are responsible for maintaining a recovery-oriented environment, assisting with therapeutic meals, and completing clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with authorization to drive. Previous direct mental health experience is preferred for this role.

The Behavioral Health Technicians support the residential and inpatient milieu by facilitating therapeutic activity groups, assisting clients in acquiring skills to manage their eating disorder, maintaining a recovery-oriented environment, and providing general support and assistance.
Available Shifts: Mid: 3pm–11pm
*Schedule includes weekends and some holidays

Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position
