The Residential Counselor supports group home residents with daily living activities and helps them achieve personal care goals based on Individual Rehabilitation Plans. Responsibilities include educating consumers on medications, maintaining accurate documentation in electronic health records, and providing transportation as needed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. This role requires driving as an essential function. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be subject to post-offer verification of driving eligibility consistent with company insurance requirements.
