Job description

Preferred Search Group is partnering with a growing, patient-focused dental practice in The Woodlands to find a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their team part-time—with strong potential for growth into additional days.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who enjoys building relationships with patients, values autonomy in their schedule, and wants to be part of a practice that is actively growing and evolving.
What You’ll Be Doing Provide comprehensive hygiene care, including prophy and periodontal maintenance See approximately 8 patients per day in a single-column schedule Educate patients on oral health and treatment plans Partner with the clinical team to support overall patient care Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-centered environment Schedule Part-time: 2 days per week (flexible between Monday–Thursday) Opportunity to grow into 3 days/week Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM 1-hour lunch break Morning team meeting before patient care begins Why This Role Stands Out This is a smaller, team-oriented practice with a strong culture and a clear vision for growth.
