The physician will provide comprehensive hospice and palliative care as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include managing patient needs in a virtual environment with occasional in-person support for local patients.
Candidates must be Board Certified or Eligible in a primary specialty and hold Board Eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. An active medical license in Oregon and Washington is required along with DEA certification.
$113,750- $129,150 (0.5 FTE)
