The Pharmacy Technician assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the medication inventory, and maintaining patient records to assure that patients receive pharmaceutical care which is consistent with the mission of the department and the hospital. The Pharmacy Technician works only under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. These activities are performed within the context of established policies, procedures and techniques of Enloe Medical Center, the Enloe Medical Center Pharmacy, and federal and state standards and regulations. The Pharmacy Technician supports and contributes to the service excellence mission of Enloe Medical Center and the Pharmacy Department.

Computer experience with pharmacy programs and with Windows
Minimum: Currently registered as a Pharmacy Technician in good standing by the State of California
