Caregivers will help clients live safely, independently, and with dignity by building meaningful relationships and providing consistent support during times of need. Responsibilities include monitoring client conditions, communicating changes to the care team, and performing personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
Candidates must have prior professional caregiving or CNA experience, including proficiency with transfers, gait belts, or mobility assistance, and ideally experience in dementia or memory care. Essential qualities include reliability, strong communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
