Respite Aide

We’re looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our team as a part-time Respite Aide. If you enjoy spending time with others, offering companionship, and providing support, this role is a great opportunity for you. You’ll help care for older adults with memory issues or health challenges, providing them with safe, comfortable company while giving their families a much-needed break.

What You’ll Do

• Spend quality time with clients, chatting, playing games, and doing light activities to keep them engaged and happy. Ensure clients are safe and comfortable at home by providing supervision. Be a friendly, supportive presence, helping clients feel less isolated. Report any changes in the client’s health or behavior to family members and supervisors.
