Behavior Clinician, Waiver Services Reports To: Behavior Management Coordinator Wage: $35-$38/hour starting pay
and Duties: Manage direct and indirect case supervision (80-90% of role). Engage in clinical staff and parent meetings/training sessions (10-20% of role). Assess challenging behavior, develop interventions, and monitor implementation. Create treatment goals, protocols, and data systems. Evaluate client progress, coordinate care, and handle crisis intervention as required. Attend ongoing professional development and related assignments.
Master’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, applied behavioral analysis or another applied health service area of psychology Valid driver's license, registration, and insurance Reliable transportation Flexible availability

Position Development A significant part of being a Behavior Clinician is building one’s caseload. Newly-hired Clinicians have the option to remain at part-time status until a full caseload is attained or they may supplement a full-time status by providing other services (ABA, DSP, PAC, etc…) at a lower reimbursement rate.
