Position Summary

• Caring Hands Behavioral Health Center is seeking a PRP Program Coordinator / Lead Rehabilitation Counselor to support the day-to-day operations of our clinic, the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) while also maintaining a small client caseload. This is a hybrid role that combines program coordination, scheduling, and operational oversight with direct client services. This position is designed to grow into a more senior coordination and leadership role as the program expands. Key Responsibilities: Program Coordination & Operations:
• Coordinate daily staff schedules and client assignments
• Support intake scheduling and client flow
• Serve as a point of contact for case managers and internal staff
• Monitor visit completion and documentation follow-up
• Support daily program operations and front desk flow as needed
• Track caseload distribution and basic productivity Clinical / PRP Services:
• Provide PRP services to a limited caseload (approximately 18-20 clients)
• Complete required documentation in a timely and compliant manner Performance Expectations:
• Maintain organized scheduling and smooth daily operations
• Ensure clients are being seen as scheduled
• Ensure documentation is completed timely
• Support compliance with OMHC / PRP standards
