As an LPN, you will provide care to residents under supervision, administer medications, and monitor changes in residents' conditions. You will also supervise the nursing team and ensure proper documentation and medication security.
Candidates must graduate from an accredited LPN program and hold a current LPN license in North Carolina. CPR certification is required, and two years of experience as an LPN is preferred.

As an LPN at Trinity Elms HR, you will play a crucial role in providing care to residents under the supervision of their attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Your responsibilities will include: Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately. Maintaining security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage. Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions. Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administering respiratory treatments. Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited LPN program or college. Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina. CPR certification or willingness to complete it.
2 years of experience as an LPN. Work Environment Physical exertion involving pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
