Responsibilities

Hospital owned medical group Multi-specialty group Outpatient Primary Care Clinic in campus or satellite clinics 10-15 minutes away from the hospital 4-day work week (10hrs dayshift) No weekends No inpatient calls. Open for newly licensed provider. Base Salary + Productivity Bonus Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance (Negotiable) Pay Transparency Shasta Regional Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. The current compensation range for this role is $100,000-160,000.The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
