The Recovery Coordinator provides outreach, case management, and mental health services, including crisis intervention and treatment planning. They are responsible for maintaining accurate service records and transporting clients to facilitate community relationships.
Candidates must possess an associate or bachelor degree in a human services field with at least one year of relevant experience, or two years of equivalent experience. A valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and current CPR certification are mandatory.

The Recovery Coordinator – Adult provides outreach, information-referral, case management, and a full range of mental health and rehabilitation services for clients. This includes counseling, crisis intervention, skill training, and coordinating and monitoring assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up for each client. Level II Recovery Coordinators may act as lead staff, providing supervision and training to other recovery staff and volunteers. This role requires the use of a personal vehicle for client transport and active engagement with clients in home and community settings.
· Conduct intake and comprehensive evaluation of each client’s life situation, needs, and challenges · Develop a detailed plan of care in collaboration with clients · Assist clients in implementing their plan of care through community resource linkage and ongoing support · Monitor the effectiveness of support services, including client and provider participation · Provide professional support through client visits, consultation, guidance, and temporary interventions as needed · Transport clients to accommodate community relationships (personal vehicle required) · Maintain daily records, service progress notes, and billing forms per company and governmental standards (Short Doyle/Medi-Cal compliance) · Conduct outreach and provide information/referral services to persons not requiring case management · Maintain HIPAA compliance, ethical standards, and professional boundaries · Develop and maintain professional working relationships with agencies and service providers · Participate in management, staff, and client meetings, as well as training activities · Meet monthly productivity requirement of 100 hours · Perform other duties as assigned to support the program and company Required Qualifications
· AA, AS, or BA degree in human services, psychology, or related field, plus one year of related experience OR two years’ equivalent experience · Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance · Current CPR certification · Minimum one year prior case management or psychiatric treatment experience · Excellent prioritization, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills · Intermediate PC skills · Related experience (preferred): coaching, scouts, teacher’s aide, or CPS aide · Ability to complete six months of closely monitored training
