Responsibilities

Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA)Redding, California Shasta Regional Medical Group, a member of the Prime Healthcare system, is seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with hospitalist experience to join our supportive, community-focused team. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide high-quality inpatient care in a well-resourced environment. What You'll Do Provide inpatient hospitalist services exclusively. Work a 7 ON / 7 OFF schedule (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM). Manage approximately 15 - 20 patients per day. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care. What We're Looking For NP or PA license in good standing. Hospitalist experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills. Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive salary: $130,000 - $170,000/year (based on experience). Production bonus. What We're Looking For NP or PA license in good standing. Commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration within a multi-specialty team. Pay Transparency Shasta Regional Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status, i.e. full-time or part-time. The current compensation range for this role is $130,000-170,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure. Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing. Previous hospitalist experience is preferred, along with strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills.
