Market context

California interventional cardiology demand remains strong

California interventional cardiology roles are often competitive because hospitals and groups look for board certification, an active California license, DEA certification, current clinical activity, and Epic EMR proficiency. Demand is typically driven by ongoing cardiovascular care needs and coverage for procedural services, while travel, malpractice insurance, and lodging can make assignments more appealing. Review the procedure mix and credentialing timeline early, and note that the job requirements and benefits here are AI-summarized from the original job description to save research time.
