The Community Recovery Specialist provides daily support to residents, focusing on independent living skills, medication management, and community integration. They are responsible for managing a small caseload, facilitating counseling sessions, and maintaining detailed documentation of resident progress.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma and a minimum of three years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental health or IDD. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass criminal record clearances are required.

CRS is primarily responsible for providing daily support for residents in relation to daily living, self-care, support as it relates to treatment being received.
