The Life Skills Professional provides daily support to residents, focusing on independent living skills, medication management, and community integration. They also facilitate individual and group counseling while maintaining detailed documentation of resident progress and treatment outcomes.
A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred, along with at least three years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental health or IDD. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass criminal record clearances.
