Essential
Functions:
Provides initial and ongoing clinical diagnostic assessment of client’s needs and documents level of care on a regular basis.
Works with multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain treatment plans.
Provides individual and group psychotherapy services to clients and families in to stabilize symptoms of a mental health disorder.
Documents services with basic understanding of compliance and billing for regulatory bodies.
Provides crisis intervention when needed.
Provides covered services that fall within their scope of practices.
Initiates services within the expected timeframe as set by agency standards.
Completes progress notes and service documentation per agency standards.
Meets agency monthly utilization requirements.
Candidates must hold a professional licensure in Ohio as a Counselor or Social Worker and possess a valid driver's license. A Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work and one year of professional social service experience are preferred.
