• Shift: DayChan Soon-Shiong Medical Center at Windber is seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Gynecology-Only Physician to join our growing team. This physician will provide comprehensive gynecologic care, including preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic services, while focusing exclusively on non-obstetric gynecologic practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, strong communication skills, and a commitment to advancing women’s health within our rural community.
• Key
• Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, evidence-based gynecologic care for adult women, including: Annual exams and preventive health screenings Management of menstrual, menopausal, and reproductive health issues Diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic conditions (benign and malignant) Minimally invasive procedures and other gynecologic surgeries Collaborate with other specialists and primary care providers to coordinate patient care Support two accomplished CRNPs who have built a stable practice in the community Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and hospital committees as required Educate patients and community on women’s health topics Support teaching and mentoring of students, and clinical staff

• Schedule: Full-time schedule with clinic hours primarily Monday–Friday
• No obstetric call (gynecology-only focus)
