Candidates must hold a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent from an AVMA accredited institution. An active state license and DEA license in good standing are required for the position.

Active state license in good standing, or currently pursuing licensure. Current DEA license in good standing, or willing to obtain.
