Requires a Master's or Doctorate degree in a clinical track and an unrestricted Washington, DC license. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish with experience in evidence-based treatments like CBT or DBT.
Lyra has an exciting opportunity that blends an average of 20 hours of in-person client care per week with the remaining time dedicated to facilitating employee training and clinical consultations related to mental health care.
As an onsite therapist, you’ll provide short-term, in-person, evidence-based treatment supporting clients in the healthcare industry. You’ll also assist with manager and clinical consultation requests and conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes.
In collaboration with Lyra and the employer, you’ll develop and deliver onsite training to employees. You’ll also participate in employer sponsored mental health initiatives and provide timely data reports to Lyra stakeholders. On an as-needed basis, you’ll support critical incidents and conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The base salary is determined by role, and placement within the range and will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, and location.
