The Physical Therapist is responsible for planning, assessing, and implementing treatment programs for age-specific patient categories. They must effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members following professional therapy standards.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program. A current State of Connecticut Physical Therapy license is required, though the role is open to new graduates.

Description A clinically competent Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for planning, assessing, interpreting and implementing treatment programs according to the need of age specific categories of patients and as medically prescribed for our inpatient and/or outpatient patients. Effectively interacts and communicates with patients, families, and other health team members, according to the principles, ethics, practices and standards of professional therapy practice.

· Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE). · Open to new graduates · Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred · Current State of CT Physical Therapy license required or active temporary license at time of hire
