• Objective: Help individuals develop achievable and measurable goals to monitor success and motivate behavioral change. Provide on-platform behavioral health care to children and youth accessing the service.

• Education/Qualifications: BA level mental health degrees, eg BA in Psychology or Social Work MA level mental health degree, not licensed National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselor Community Health Worker Permanently reside within the US 48 contiguous states Six months experience as a crisis worker and /or volunteer experience providing crisis support services. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Compensation: This role offers an hourly rate of $25 to $31, based on experience. We’re committed to transparency and value our candidates time, which is why we share salary ranges in all states—regardless of local requirements. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including your education, experience, skills, and overall alignment with the role.
