Virginia Operating Room RN roles typically draw steady demand because hospitals need nurses with direct perioperative experience and an active Virginia RN license. These positions are competitive when candidates already have at least 1 year in the OR, hold a BSN or ADN, and can meet the BSN-completion timeline if starting with an associate degree. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your OR experience and licensure details before applying.
