The technician serves as an active member of the clinical staff, maintaining therapeutic relationships with patients to ensure a safe and clean environment. They are responsible for facilitating patient participation in program activities and performing essential health and safety duties.
A high school diploma or GED is required, while an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain CPR and Handle with Care certifications, with 0-3 years of related experience.
