The technician serves as an active member of the clinical staff, maintaining therapeutic relationships with patients to ensure a safe and clean environment. They are responsible for facilitating patient participation in program activities and performing essential health and safety duties.

Duties/Responsibilities: The Adult Behavioral Health Technician serves as an active member of the clinical staff; maintains a therapeutic relationship with all patients; assists in maintenance of a safe, clean, therapeutic environment; assures patient participation in program activities; and performs technical/patient care duties relative to patient’s health and safety.
Required: High School Dipolma or GED.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
Licensure/Certification:
Required: CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain). Handle with Care - Safe Physical Managemet Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Required: 0 - 1 years of related experience.
A high school diploma or GED is required, while an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain CPR and Handle with Care certifications, with 0-3 years of related experience.
