- The Homemaker Caregiver position provides personal hygiene and grooming care to clients; Assistance with toileting, ambulation, etc.; Providing meals for clients' nutritional needs; Reporting changes in clients' condition to nurse, supervisor, or client care coordinator; Performing routine housekeeping and home management duties; Recording each client's care on care plan and submitting care plan in a timely manner; Assisting with providing emotional support for the clients and their families; Assisting with routine therapy exercises; Participating in case conferences as requested; Attends all required in-service education sessions; Has the ability to use computer software program and smart phone for required education; Represents the company in a positive and professional manner through a high level of customer service; Can think critically without direct supervision and the ability to escalate when appropriate.
Two years of continuous work experience · One year of previous patient care experience; specific experience as designated by work area may be required · New Grad CNA's are welcome · Must have a current and valid Driver’s License in good standing along with reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
