The Renal Dietitian provides nutrition education, counseling, and interventions for patients with End Stage Renal Disease. Responsibilities include conducting nutrition assessments, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
A Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics and Registered Dietitian status with at least 12 months of clinical experience are required. Candidates must also hold state licensure or certification where applicable and possess intermediate computer skills.
