Provide direct care and support to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse to ensure their safety and well-being. Responsibilities include documenting care in electronic medical records and facilitating resident activities and programs.
Candidates must be at least 17 years old and demonstrate a willingness to provide compassionate, person-centered care. Knowledge of basic office equipment and electronic medical record systems is preferred.

At Maple Farm, our CNAs provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role ensures residents’ needs are met with dignity, respect, and safety, while supporting household activities and the overall well-being of residents.
After training this will be a full-time position 11pm-7am!
