The Clinic Nurse provides nursing care and triage for newly discharged homeless individuals in a recuperative care and primary care setting. Responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, managing patient cases, and administering medications.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse licensed in California with a current CPR certification and at least five years of experience in an ambulatory setting. Experience with diverse populations and bilingual Spanish/English skills are highly valued.
Shift Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week) Position Purpose:
The Clinic Nurse will participate as a member of a team providing nursing care to newly discharged homeless individuals in need of recuperative care. The Clinic Nurse will also participate as a member of a team in a primary care medical clinic.
