RN Float Central Staffing, Athens-Limestone, FT-3rd Shift

• Overview Maintains established standards of care, policies, objective, and goals in administering professional nursing care to all patients.
• The RN identifies patient needs and priorities for care though assessment.
• The RN plans and delegates care based on patient needs.
• The RN evaluates the patient’s response to care and the attainment of or progress toward expected outcomes.
• The RN is accountable for outcomes of patient care delivered during the assigned shift.
• The Float RN will serve as a resource for the ED, ICU and Med Surg Units.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program required. · Current Alabama or Multistate nursing license required. · BLS for Healthcare Providers must be obtained within 3 months of orientation period. · ACLS must be obtained within the first six months of employment and maintained current. · PALS obtained within the first six months of employment and maintained current. · MOAB must be obtained within 6 months of the orientation period.
