The SLP will diagnose and treat communication and swallowing disorders for residents in a rehab facility. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, conducting reassessments, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current Ohio SLP license. At least two years of experience, preferably in geriatrics or long-term care, is required.
At least two years physical therapy experience in long-term health care setting. Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities:
