As a Locum MD, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, diagnosing and treating a variety of health conditions, and contributing to the overall well-being of our community. Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages Conduct thorough examinations and assessments Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses Develop and implement patient care plans Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Participate in continuing education and training programs
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Valid medical license to practice in the state of California Strong clinical skills and knowledge of family medicine Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Basic understanding of electronic medical records (EMR) systems Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced medical setting
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
No call requirement
Setting: Outpatient ambulatory clinic
Patient Census: 15-18 per day
Patient Population: Ages 18+
Support Staff: MAs/MORs
EMR: Cerner
Must be board-certified
