The Registered Nurse evaluates patients to create comprehensive care plans and coordinates communication between patients, families, and the care team. They serve as the primary driver of the care team to ensure high-quality hospice and palliative care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current state RN license and at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 80-100 lbs and possess reliable transportation.
