The LPN is responsible for administering medications, performing clinical tasks like blood draws, and ensuring physician treatment plans are followed. They also provide health education to clients and train staff on safety and medical protocols.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment. They must be comfortable working independently and compliant with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) protocols.

30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with the ability to occasionally work 4:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. & Saturday rotation beginning in August
