The role involves preparing patients for treatments, setting up and sterilizing dental instruments, and maintaining a clean clinical environment. Additionally, the assistant provides oral hygiene instructions and manages patient records and payments.
Candidates should be Registered Dental Assistants with knowledge of sterilization and safety regulations. Proficiency in Spanish and additional certifications like OSMA/OA are considered strong assets.

Work Schedule: Full time
Pay: $20-25 per hour (DOE)

Welcome patients in the dental office Prepare patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort Set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks like coronal polishing is a plus Excellent communication and people skills Additional certification or training is an asset (e.g., OSMA/OA) Spanish Speaker huge plus
