Center for Human Development (CHD), is growing! We are currently seeking Licensed and Licensed Eligible Clinicians to bring their clinical and administrative experience to our newest outpatient clinical site, the CHD Griswold Center. The Griswold Center will work closely with our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) serving the Palmer, MA area and through the Quaboag Hills region of Hampshire, Hampden, and Worcester counties.
Clinicians will lead person-centered treatment planning within an integrated multidisciplinary team to support persons in a community based mental health program. Integrated teams include licensed clinicians, nurses, housing specialists, peer / family specialists and direct care and residential staff. The integrated team works collaboratively to provide person-centered, evidence-based services in supporting treatment goals.

The ideal candidate will be a strong self-starter, ready to contribute to the success of the team with their flexibility and ability to make a positive impact on the population served. $60,000-$74,000. based on experience and licensure.
