This position is a member of an interdisciplinary team that provides crisis assessment and referrals for individuals with behavioral health diagnosis or substance use disorders. Provides oversight and general nursing care to persons with behavioral health challenges in an office setting. Relies on education, skill, and judgment to provide quality services to the people we serve with limited direction and supervision.
Requires a unencumbered Registered Nursing License. For certain behavioral health services additional requirements may apply.
Required to lift 20 lbs. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. Must be able to pull minimum of 25 lbs. Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop. Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Required to regularly stand and walk. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level requiring to work on hands, knees, bending, standing and lifting. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision. Must be able to talk and hear.
PRN: At least two shifts per month

As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for utilizing your skills and expertise, current nursing assessment skills and knowledge of nursing principles to assess and monitor clients, participating in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment and responding to crises on a timely basis.
