$160,000 / YEAR
Perform thorough evaluations of acute and chronic wounds and develop evidence-based treatment plans. Coordinate with facility staff and physicians while traveling to various post-acute facilities to deliver care.
Requires a valid Physician Assistant license, NCCPA Board Certification, and preferably 1+ years of experience in advanced wound care. Certification in wound care (CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) and licensure in Pennsylvania and New Jersey are preferred.

What You’ll Need Valid Physician Assistant License (state-specific) NCCPA Board Certification 1+ years’ experience in advanced wound care (highly preferred) Certification in wound care (CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plus Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel consistently Preferably licensed in Pennsylvania in addition to New Jersey.
