The RN provides direct patient care using the nursing process as part of a multidisciplinary team. They are responsible for achieving clinical, financial, and organizational outcomes while modeling organizational values.
Candidates must have an Associate's degree in nursing, a MA RN license, and BLS certification. A BSN is strongly preferred, and additional certifications like ACLS or PALS may be required depending on the department.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: For specialty areas, related experience and qualifications may be required. EDUCATION: Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing. BSN strongly preferred.
