The coordinator maintains communication between clients, physicians, and staff while resolving outstanding office issues. They are responsible for coordinating new patient starts and documenting all referrals and communications.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current CPR certification and a valid Texas driver's license. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of home health or critical care experience and 1+ year of pediatric experience.
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. 2+ years' experience in home health, hospital or critical care nursing preferred. 1+ year pediatric experience. Current CPR certification. Current National Certification Preferred: CPN or CRNI. Current Texas driver's license in good standing.
